Removal of Name of Members due to non-payments of prescribed fees



The Membership Department brings yet another facility to the members whereby the Membership fee collection by different instruments such as at par Cheque, Demand Draft or Cash at all Chapters/Regional Councils will be received by them and receipt generated to the members immediately. Also, the updated due status of the members will be reflected immediately at such Chapters/RC's where payments have been received.

Members' Guideline.



Regulations for Benevolent Fund of Members of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.



"CD of List of Members, 2013 will be made available for sale to the Members at a price of Rs.100/- per copy. Members interested to procure the same may remit Rs.100/- by Demand Draft in favour of "The Institute of Cost Accountants of India", payable at Kolkata, addresed to the Secretary, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India."



"List of defaulting members as on 07.10.2013 who have been issued 45 days notice in pursuance of Regulation 7(6) of The Cost and Works Accountants Regulations, 1959."

Institute invites comments on Draft Rules under The Companies Act, 2013.



The Institute is pleased to provide the helpdesk services to the members on Toll Free No. 1800 233 0445 during the peak filing of the Cost Audit Report and Compliance Report in XBRL format. The members may use this toll free number for any query related to filings.



"Pay-fee" module for Members.

The Membership department of the Institute provides another facility to its members.Members can renew Membership fees and /or Certificate of Practice fee, by making payment through the "pay fee" module at any of the branches of Punjab National Bank, anywhere in India. A challan has been specifically designed for the said purpose.The member need to visit their own profile by logging in to the Member"s Online System (using their User Id & Password), fill up the fields and choose the payment option as Pay fee. A filled in challan will be generated by the system. The member has to take the print out the same and present it at any of the PNB branches,along with the requisite amount to get their membership and/or COP renewed.



The months of August and September 2013 will focus on Membership Drive. Final qualified candidates with requisite experience are requested to apply for Associate membership of the Institute at the earliest.



Members whose names have been removed on account of non-payment of membership fee can now avail of the benefit of making payment of their membership fee (incl arrears) online and get their names restored. The members may kindly visit their profile by logging in through their "User Id" & "Password" and go ahead with the Restoration process.



Members whose names have been removed owing to non-payment of prescribed fees can get their names restored in the Register of Members on payment of arrears fee together with Restoration fee of Rs 500/-* and *by filling in Form M-4 (available on the website)
